As a provider of custom apparel and personalized products, Fit-Tees accepts customer-submitted artwork, logos, text, images, and other design materials.
You retain ownership of any original artwork you submit. By submitting artwork to Fit-Tees, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and print the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
You own or have legal permission to use all submitted content.
Your design does not violate any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
Your design complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Fit-Tees will not produce designs that contain:
Copyrighted materials without authorization
Trademarked logos without permission
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive content
Content promoting violence or illegal activities
Harassing, threatening, or defamatory material
Fit-Tees reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that violates these policies.
Orders become final once payment is successfully processed.
Custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission.
Due to differences in monitor displays, printing processes, and garment materials, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur between digital mockups and finished products.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Fit-Tees does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
In the event of an obvious pricing, product description, or inventory error, Fit-Tees reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order and issue a refund if necessary.
Custom orders generally require [X–Y business days] for production before shipment.
Production times may vary based on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Fit-Tees is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Fit-Tees shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Holidays
Customs processing
Natural disasters
Other events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
Because each product is custom-made, special return policies apply.
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection
Design preference changes
Minor color variations
Customer-submitted design errors
Customers are encouraged to review size charts carefully before ordering.
Refunds or replacements may be issued if:
The product contains a manufacturing defect.
The printed design significantly differs from the approved order.
The wrong garment or color was shipped.
The item arrives damaged during shipping.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

A statement of ownership or authorization
We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.
You agree not to upload, submit, or request designs that:
Violate intellectual property rights
Promote hatred, discrimination, or harassment
Depict violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
Contain obscene or pornographic material
Promote illegal substances or unlawful conduct
Violate any applicable law
Violations may result in:
Immediate order cancellation
Account suspension or termination
Refusal of future service
Reporting to relevant authorities where required
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Fit-Tees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
Fit-Tees’ total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Fit-Tees does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.
Customers assume responsibility for the use and care of products after delivery.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations; therefore, portions of this section may not apply to all customers.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.
By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Fit-Tees may update this User Agreement and related policies at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
